If you don't have a copy of the files on your computer bring your computer in and we'll back it up onto DVDs or an external drive. We also offer callouts/ office support to come to your home or office and install external or internal extra storage and backup software.

It's also a good idea to have a second backup, online backup can be a perfect alternative to an external harddrive, it comes with it's own backup program which you can set to backup whatever you want when ever you want.

Online backup is paid for on a monthly or yearly basis and has dropped in price over the last few years so you can now get 50GB for only per month.

Data Recovery

If you have not backed up but your drive has failed we can perform data recovery on the drive.
